SOLUTIONS

Real problems.
Working technology.

Eight areas where we design and build software, automation and AI around how your team actually works. Pick one to see the problem, our approach and what usually goes into the build.

01 / 08

Intelligent document processing

  1. The problem

Data arrives in PDFs, scans and email attachments, then gets re-typed and checked by hand.

  2. Our approach

Read the text layer or OCR the scan, find the fields with layout rules, validate totals and tax numbers, and send only uncertain values to a person.

  3. Typical components
    • OCR and text-layer reading
    • Field and table extraction
    • Validation rules
    • Review queue
    • JSON/CSV export
HOW WE WORK

Six clear stages, no surprises.

Every engagement follows the same rhythm, scaled to the size of the problem.

STAGE 01 OF 06

Discovery

Understand the workflow, the people in it and what a better outcome looks like.

  • Walk through the current process
  • Identify where time, errors or delays build up
  • Agree what success should mean
You receiveA short problem statement and success criteria
Decision pointIs this worth solving with software?

Each stage ends with something you can review and a decision you make before the next one starts. Stages are scaled to the size of the problem and agreed during scoping.

QUESTIONS

Before you get in touch.

Short answers to what people usually ask first.

Do we need a detailed specification to start?

No. A description of the problem, who it affects and any constraints is enough for a first conversation. Discovery is where the detail gets worked out.

Can you work with our existing tools and systems?

Usually, yes. Most work involves connecting to tools a team already uses. We'll check what access and APIs are available early, before planning around them.

How do you approach AI features?

Carefully. We start by checking whether AI is the right tool, evaluate it on realistic examples and keep a person in the loop wherever mistakes would matter.

What size of project do you take on?

Anything from a focused proof of concept to an ongoing build. Starting small is often the fastest way to learn what is worth building.
